How do you hear the tanpura?

Uses your phone's microphone to check your pitch. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.

On start, stay quiet for 2 seconds while the app learns how loud the tanpura is at the microphone. After that, only your voice, louder than that, is counted. Sing close to the phone. Earphones still work best.

Which octave can you sing in?
